How much does a new septic tank cost?
The cost depends on the size of the system and whether it will be a conventional or aerobic system. Give Tony a call to discuss your options.
Is there some kind of warranty?
Aerobic septic installations include a two-year warranty, which includes parts and labor. After the two years are up, we offer three different maintenance plans to fit your needs.
What does the installation process look like?
First, we'll have a registered sanitarian/site evaluator come out a draw a design for the size and location of the system. You'll use this design to apply for your permit--but don't worry, we'll help you through the paperwork process. Once you receive the permit, let us know, and we'll schedule your installation. The installation itself usually takes a day. From start to finish, getting a new septic system installed takes 3 to 6 weeks (on average).
How does an aerobic septic system work?
Aerobic systems have three chambers: the first is where the waste goes, then aerobic bacteria begins breaking it down. The resulting liquid goes into the second chamber, where the material continues to break down. From there, it is disinfected as it travels into the third chamber. The third chamber pumps the disinfected effluent into the sprinklers.
